异体犬血浆治疗失血性休克Beagle犬的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察异体犬血浆对失血性休克Beagle犬的治疗作用,为临床应用奠定基础。方法通过股动脉放血建立Beagle犬失血性休克模型,静脉输入受试异体犬血浆观察其治疗实验性休克的作用。结果静脉输入受试异体犬血浆后,Beagle犬的平均动脉压、血清蛋白含量、血糖含量、二氧化碳浓度及其分压、阴离子间隙、细胞外液碱剩余、多种离子等多项指标均显著改善,与输入生理盐水相比,统计学有显著性差异(P≤0.05)或极显著差异(P≤0.01),而碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素等多种代谢产物含量未见显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论受试异体犬血浆对失血性休克Beagle犬的治疗效果明显,具有临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of treating hemorrhagic shock Beagle dogs with canine plasma from other individuals, which will lay the foundation for clinical application. Method Bloodletting by femoral artery to establish hemorrhagic shock models of Beagle dogs. Then, observing the effect on treating hemorrhagic shock of Beagle dogs by transfusing canine plasma from other individuals. Result Transfused canine plasma from other individuals by vein, the mean artery pressure, the content of serum protein, blood glucose, concentration and part- pressure of carbon dioxide, anionic gap, BEECF and lots of ions, had improved obviously. Comparing canine plasma from other individuals with physiological saline, the statistical data had significant difference (P ≤0. 05) or extreme significant difference (P ≤0. 01 ). However, lots of metabolic products such as ALP, TBIL, had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The canine plasma from other individuals had significant effect on treating hemorrhagic shock of Beagle dogs, and it could be used to clinical practices.
