绵羊创伤愈合过程的定量分析对比研究

摘    要:在16只绵羊造成800mm~2的长方形皮肤全层缺损创,随机分为自然愈合组和氦氖激光照射组(每组各8只),研究了创伤愈合的过程,创口主动收缩的速度、创面变化的常数、抗张强度及两组的数理统计分析,结果表明,创伤愈合的过程分为三个阶段:回缩与停滞期、快速收缩期和缓慢收缩期:自然组和激光组的愈合时间(t)、创口收缩的速率(b)、抗张强度(TS)和常数(k)分别为25.38天、1.03mm/天、3.96kg/cm~2、-0.0783和22.13天、1.11mm/天、5.02kg/cm~2,-0.0686、差异均显著。本研究证实,低功率氦氖激光对绵羊创伤愈合的主要效应是缩短停滞期,延长快速收缩期、增大创面变化的常数 k,增强创口收缩的速率、提高生发层细胞的再生活性、使创伤愈合的过程提前完成,加速愈合组织的上皮化,从而增大抗张强度。

Abstract:The full-thickness skin rectangular excisional wounds of 800 square millimeter were made on the left thoracic walls in 16 sheep which were divided into two groups:natural healing group(NHG)and Helium- Neon laser irradiating group(LIG).The ratio of active contraction (b), constant K,tensile strength(TS) of wound healing as well as statistical analyses between two groups had been studied.The results have hown that the course of wound healing consists of three phases:retract and lag (latent) phase,rapid contraction phase and slow contactrion phase.T,b, TS,and K of NHG and LIG were respectively 25.38 days,1.03mm/day, 3.96kg/cm~2,-0.0783 and 22.13days,1.11mm/day,5.02kg/cm~2,-0.0686, all of datas had significant difference(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between NHG and LIG with correlative coefficient of 0.9973. This research had testified that He-Ne laser might shorten retract and latent phase,lengthen rapid contraction phase,hoist constant K, increase ratio of wound contraction,strengthen regeneration and mitosis of epithelium,make completion of epidermization course ahead of NHG, therefore,strengthen tensile strength.The present had not only provide with statistical datas for studying wound healing of livestocks and laser effects on them,but also complement the blanks about these aspects at home and abroad.
