| 摘 要： | 利用ProCAST软件对某铝合金轮毂产品进行低压铸造数值模拟,运算后得到了轮毂铸件的铸造残余应力,通过开发的接口程序分别把轮毂铸件的有限元网格的节点信息?单元信息和各节点上的六个应力分量输入到ANSYS软件中,利用ANSYS的结构分析模块对轮毂铸件进行静态加载.结果表明:通过这种方法,可以对含有铸造残余应力的轮毂铸件进行其他各种载荷分析,分析的结果更加符合铸造件的实际情况,可以获得准确的结果,指导实际工作.

| Abstract: | The low pressure die casting process of certain type of aluminum alloy wheel is simulated with the software ProCAST,and the residual stress at the nodes is obtained.Data exchange program is compiled.Node,element and six components of the stress tensor at the node files are transmitted into ANSYS software using the interface program.Then the structures of the wheel are analyzed by the structure module of ANSYS.Through this method,the wheel with residual stress can be analyzed when we load other weight on it.The results are more accurate than the one without residual stress. |
