| 摘 要： | 倾销与反倾销博弈是国际经济热点研究内容 ,该文建立了三方两阶段的倾销与反倾销动态博弈模型 ,探讨了反倾销政策对国际竞争的影响和指控国产业界的激励作用 ,分析了反倾销策略对竞争各方的国家福利影响 ,给出了实施反倾销的充分条件 ,并初步讨论了倾销与反倾销的累积效应及其对我国外贸出口的启示.

| Abstract: | It is an international economic problems to research the game of dumping and anti-dumping. This paper builds up a dynamic game model of three parties in two phases, on the basis of the model, the author shows the effects of the anti-dumping polices on the competition and the incentive mechanism in the host country, analyses what the anti-dumping polices will bring to the state welfare in all competitionall country, gives the premise to practice anti-dumping and discusses preliminarily the accumulate effects of dumping and anti-dumping, then the inspiration to China on its corresponding strategies. |
