自交联型高固体质量分数丙烯酸酯电泳涂料

摘    要:文章采用了复合引发体系和饥饿加料方式,引入了封端的甲苯二异氰酸酯,并利用曼尼奇反应来实现阳离子化。结果表明,产物具备自交联能力,且涂料固体质量分数达到50%左右,具备电泳性能。该研究实现了自交联性能与高固体质量分数的统一。

Abstract:The compound initiator and the hunger feeding way were applied,the end capped toluene diisocyanate was introduced onto the molecular chain of paint,and the Mannich reaction was used to obtain the cationic products.The results show that the product had the ability of self-crosslinking,that the solid mass fraction in the product was about 50%,and that the product could be electronically deposited.It is thought that it is possible to obtain self-crosslinked paint with a high solid mass fraction.
