基于PLC的超声波清洗流水线控制系统的设计

摘    要:利用超声波清洗金属表面油污可实现高效环保,PLC用于流水线控制可使系统设计简便可靠并且抗干扰性强。文章解决了吊篮随机呼叫和机械臂到位两个问题,实际运用证明:控制系统运行可靠,反应快捷,控制界面设置方便。

Abstract:It is highly efficient and environment friendly to use ultrasonic in cleaning metal surface with oil. PLC control system is easy to design and reliable and has strong anti-interference performance. The paper focuses on solving two issues for the basket random call and arm super-manipulator. Actual control system is proved to be reliable in operation with fast reaction and easy control interface setting.
