显像管灯丝二次绕线机视觉监控系统

摘    要:论述了一种用于显像管灯丝二次绕线机的视觉监控系统,它使半自动二 次绕线机成为全自动二次绕线机;阐述了系统的基本工作原理、硬件接口的 工作原理与组成以及软件流程与设计。该系统从根本上解决了采用精密机械 控制的自动二次绕线机出现的累积误差问题,提高了产品的质量,实现了机 器的全自动化。具有控制精度高、产品一致性好、可以自学习及操作简单等性能。

Abstract:A vision control system with computer for the second wind coil machine of kinescope filament is proposed. It makes a second wind coil machine of kinescope filament be completely automatic machine. The paper describes the principle and the method of the system structure, interface and software. The system is an essential supplement and inprovement to the similar machine with machinery control, which not only improves product quality, but also achieves automation.
