| 摘 要： | 企业采用层次分析法在进行信息技术外包决策时,必须解决3个问题,即:确定指标体系、确定指标的权重、各指标值的计算.文章结合某企业进行信息技术外包的实例,提出了一套企业进行信息技术外包时的影响因素及其表征,为企业决策提供了一种实用方法.

Application of analytic hierarchy process to information technology outsourcing |

| Abstract: | When the firms want to adopt the application of analytic hierarchy process to information fechnology outsourcing they must account for three problems: defining the evaluation systems and weighs as well as calculate values. The paper proposes a decision model which generates numeric values for users to decide whether they should adopt the outsourcing strategy for each IS systems under consideration. |
