移动磁场对铝合金E型铸件充型能力的影响

摘    要:在移动磁场铸造下,移动磁场的大小对铝合金充型能力有显著的影响.试验结果表明:在移动磁场下ZL102铝合金充型能力明显提高.在采用不锈钢为底模,当电压在220~235 V时能产生适宜的磁场,使ZL102铝合金E型铸件充型完整.

Abstract:Under traveling magnetic field casting,the effect of traveling magnetic field on the aluminum alloys mold-filling capacities is notable.The results show that under traveling magnetic field,ZL102 aluminum alloys mold-filling capacities are improved obviously.Using stainless steel as bottom mold,when voltage is between 220~235 V,adaptive magnetic field can be produced,mold-filling of ZL102 aluminum E model casting is perfect.
