| 摘 要： | 在当前供电部门MIS建设中,如何用信息系统对组织进行重新设计以改善组织的绩效是一个很重要的问题。这里从供电部门的特殊性出发,提出应引进BPR思想对需求管理(即如何对客户提供产品和服务)进行调整。要求在充分组织和利用信息的基础上,进行客户整合,并以新的团队方式提供服务。

| Abstract: | In present development of MIS for power supply enterprises, a major problem is how to use information system to redesign the organization for the sake of efficiency. This paper, concerning the particularity of the department, advances to involve BPR in adjusting the demand management. Basing on the completed organization and full use of information, it requires supplying service in a new team - based way. |
