| 摘 要： | 通过对高校学生存在较严重的心理问题和高校心理健康教育存在缺陷的分析，提出了加强和改进高校心理健康教育的合理措施。即要确立以促进学生心理健康为重点和以提高学生心理素质为核心的发展性心理健康教育模式，建立健全心理健康教育工作管理机制和教育体系，创建健康向上的校园文化，加强师资队伍建设，大力倡导学生自我教育等。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the psychological problems existing more seriously in the university students and the shortages existing in university's psychological health education, this paper puts forward some rational measures for strengthening and improving university's psychological health education, which include establishing the sexual psychological health education mode based on promoting the students' psychological health and centralized on improving students' psychological quality, building and perfecting the managerial mechanism and educational system for the psychological health education, creating the healthy and upward campus culture, strengthening the construction of qualified teachers ranks, and initiating the self-education among the students, etc. |
