摘    要:以云南3种常见藜科植物灰藜、牛皮菜、地肤为试材,采用PEG-6000高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究其抗旱生理特性.在相同处理条件下,分别测定了3种植物的脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、MDA含量等3个生理指标.结果表明:地肤脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性均高于牛皮菜和灰藜,其抗旱能力高于灰藜和牛皮菜.

Abstract:Drought stress conditions were simulated with PEG- 6000 to study the drought resistance of 3 vegetable species of Chenopodiaceae, i.e. Kochia scoparia (Linn.) Schrad, Chenopodium serotinum Linn and Beta vulgaris L. var. cicla L. Three physiological indicators (praline content, SOD activity and MAD content) were determined. The results showed that praline content, SOD activity and MAD content of K. scoparia Schrad were higher than those of C. serotinum Linn and B. vulgaris L. var. cicla L. , indicating that K. scoparia had the best drought resistance of the three species.Key wards: Chenopodiaceae; drought resistance; physiological characteristics
