| 摘 要： | 目的观察独净(复方联苯苄唑液)对角化型手足癣的临床疗效.方法采用随机双肓对照法观察独净(试验组)与联苯苄唑液(对照组)外用治疗角化型手足癣的临床疗效.结果试验组瘙痒、红斑和角化的平均消失时间及消失率均优于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组真菌学清除率为93.9%,对照组真菌学清除率为74.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).独净治疗角化型手足癣的痊愈率及总有效率均高于联苯苄唑液.结论独净治疗角化型手足癣临床疗效高,无明显副作用,是优于联苯苄唑液的较理想的治疗角化型手足癣的抗真菌外用药物.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Dujing (Bifonazole solution compound) in treating keratotic tinea hand or pedis.Methods 164 patients with keratotic tinea hand or pedis were randomly allocated to use externally either Dujing (Test group)and Bifonazole solution(control group) in a double-blind trial.Results Test group is obviously prior to control group on the mean vanish ratio and the mean vanish time of erythema,keratosis,scratch (P<0.05).Fungus cleaning ratio in test group is 93.3%,fungus cleaning ratio in control group is 74.4%.There are significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Test group's fully recovery ratio and whole valid ratio in test group are all higher than those of control group.Conclusion Dujing is better than Bifonazole solution in treating keratotic tinea hand or pedis. |
