| Abstract: | The dispute between the Local Party and the Local Government is a stubborn problem.The Chinese Kuomintang,in earlier stages of Xunzheng,tried to solve it by means of measures and tentative ideas,but all in vain.Studying these measures and tentative ideas will help us understand the system of the Local Party and the Local Government in the period of Nanjing National Government. |
