摘    要:对在用的3200m钻机的塔型、A型和K型井架抗扭特性进行了分析,以满足正在发展的顶驱钻机的需要。采用非线性计算方法对井架的杆件应力进行了计算。计算结果表明,承受压、扭联合载荷时,塔形井架的应力最低。与仅受压载荷相比,井架承受压扭联合载荷时,弦杆应力稍有增加,而非弦杆应力有较大的增加。加强局部井架杆件的承载能力,现有三种井架均可以满足顶驱钻井的需要。

Abstract:Three kinds of drilling derricks for drilling a well of 3200 meters are used at present, including tower shape, K shape and A shape. Their anti torture properties were analyzed, and the stresses of derricks were calculated with nonlinear computing method. The stress in tower type of derrick is smaller than the other types of derricks under the combined action of compressive and torsional loads. Compared with the stress of derrick under the compressive load, the stress in rod increases a little, and the stresses in bars increase significantly under the combined action of compressive and torsional loads. Three types of derricks can also resist the load from the top drive drilling by means of partially strengthening some bars of these types of derricks.
