摘    要:为了在设计阶段降低异步电动机电磁振动噪声,有必要计算气隙磁通密度谐波。该文提出了考虑开槽和饱和时鼠笼异步电动机电流谐波和气隙磁通密度谐波的解析计算方法。建立求解稳态电流谐波的数学模型,再由电流求出总磁动势和气隙磁通密度谐波。电流谐波与磁通密度谐波之间的相互依赖关系可利用多次求解来处理。与实测结果和有限元法计算结果的比较验证了该方法的有效性。该解析法可应用于气隙磁通密度谐波的快速计算,尤其对于中大型异步电动机有重要的实用价值。
