| 摘 要： | 为了提高能源和气候变化领域的政策研究能力,建立了一种能源-经济-环境综合评价模型(3E模型)。通过修改生产函数,增加碳排放核算模块和碳税模块,改进了国家信息中心一般均衡模型(SICGE),用来描述宏观经济系统。采用清华大学能源系统优化模型(IESOM)来描述能源系统。通过能源服务需求、技术参数、投资成本等变量,建立了SICGE和IESOM模型的双向闭合连接。运行结果表明:SICGE和IESOM模型的迭代收敛,能够改善2种模型结果的一致性。
