摘    要:评价基于光切法的三维形貌测量系统采集图像的质量,有助于测量过程中提高光刀条纹中心的提取精度,或在系统研制过程中给出软硬件参数调整的方向。该文从图像照度的角度,提出一种基于平均归一化灰度值指标的图像质量评价方法。建立了被测范围照度与图像平均归一化灰度值的对应关系。在理想光照条件下采集光刀图像,得到其平均归一化灰度值的分布...
