| 摘 要： | 20世纪30-40年代陕甘宁边区政府与国民政府在陕北地区都推行了农村合作运动。然而各自在陕北地区的合作政策有所不同,边区政府的政策更为切实可行,而国民政府的政策比较僵化。政策的差异造成合作组织形式与数量存有明显的区别,也使信贷投资、农业生产、纺织业发展存有较大的差别。总体而言,边区两县的合作运动优于国统区两县的合作运动。
