摘    要:本文介绍了一种驻波超声马达驱动电源,对其电路组成,工作原理和各功能的实现作了较详细的阐述,并指出研制过程中制作关键部件时应注意的问题.

Abstract:In this paper, a driving source for ultrasonic standing wave motor was reported, lts circuitry, operational principle and realized functions were elaborated. Furthermore, the noticeable problems during the process of making the key components were pointed out.
