| 摘 要： | 提出了一种数字视频监控系统开发平台的设计与实现,介绍了组成该开发平台的各硬件部件的功能和互联方法,对开发平台中视频采集、视频压缩及网络传输模块的关键技术做了阐述,并给出利用该开发平台进行视频监控系统开发的主要流程和应用实例.该平台实现硬件选型的基本无关性,提供了多种软件模块.几个开发实例的快速构建表明利用该开发平台可以快速高效地进行具有个性化功能的数字视频监控系统的开发.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method for designing and implementing the digital video surveillance system develop platform. It discusses the hardware architecture and the key technologies of the video capture,compression and transmission, and,at last, it gives the mainframe of system development and some cases. This platform is less relative with the hardware type, and it supplies abundant interfaces. The experiments indicate that the digital video surveillance system can be developed quickly and efficiently with this platform. |
