| 摘 要： | 房价预测是房产投资和经济调控的重要依据之一.灰理论预测可以在少量信息、不完全数据的情况下,揭示房价的发展变化特征.以威海市为例,应用灰理论对其房地产价格建立灰模型GM(1,1)进行预测,其结果显示具有较高的实用性.最后对威海市房价的发展给出了相关建议.
