摘    要:以鸡冠和人脐带为原料,分别利用水浸提乙醇沉淀法以及酶解法提取透明质酸粗品.前者经DEAE-纤维素纯化得高纯度的透明质酸,后者经乙酸钠纯化得纯品.经测定,红外扫描图谱与文献报道一致.

Abstract:A pure high molecular weight hyaluronic acid was isolated from rooster comb and humen umbilcal cord seperately. The former's process invelved extraction with water, precipitation by ethanol. purification with DEAE-cellulose; the later's extraction with enzyme, precipitation also by thtanol. purification with Sodium acetate. By comparation the productivity from rooster comb is higher than from human umbilical cord. Their infrared spectrum analysis was in accord with that reported in the literature.
