水体短期酸化对河鳟血液生理生化的影响

摘    要:用酸滴法在实验室内人工模拟酸雨降落和酸雪融化时水体的短期酸化,观察其对河鳟(Salmo fario Linnaeus)血液生理生化的影响.结果表明,酸化处理24h时,血浆pH值、渗透压和某些电解质降至最低点,其后,随酸化处理时间的加长下降非但未能加剧,反而有所回升,血糖这一应激反应指示因子在酸化处理24h时也明显增高,因而,可以认为,在酸化处理初期河鳟除受到直接伤害作用外,还表现了明显的应激反应.

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical effects of short term acid exposure which simulates durations of acid rain and acid snow melt were examined on Salmo fario Linnaeus. Sharp reductions of plasma pH, osmolarity, and some ions were observed at 24 hour acid treatment, however, with the continuing of acid exposure, these changes didn't develop but turned to recovery. As a indicator of stress the plasma glucose increased obviously at the same time. All of the results showed that besides the direct acid harm a stress reaction was also involved in the trout during the early time of short term acid exposure.
