| 摘 要： | 自我控制是指个体自主调节行为,使其与个人价值和社会期望相匹配的能力。平衡需求是产生自我控制的根本原因。平衡需求有两种形式,一是主客观的平衡。它要求个体自觉地接受社会的规范,使自己的观念与社会的需求协调一致。二是主观平衡。当主客观不平衡时,人们通过归因、降低标准或改变自己的观念等,从而达到内心的平衡。

| Abstract: | Self - control means an ability that one regularizes self - action for individual value to agree with social expectance. In this paper, the writer suggests that balanced need is an essential reason. There are two balanced types. One is the subjective and objective type which consciously accepts social norm. Another is subjective balance. When subjectivity and objectivity are not balance, people often get a psychological balance by attribution, reducing norm, or changing ideas. |
