微波辐照元素反应合成硫化铅纳米粒子

摘    要:选用不同的溶剂乙二胺、N,N'—二甲基甲酰胺、氨水作反应介质,在微波辐照下,元素硫和铅一步反应生成硫化铅,通过产物的X射线粉末衍射花样,用Scherrer公式计算出硫化铅粒子的直径分别为27,40,54nm;讨论了溶剂在反应中的重要作用。此法具有方便、省时、安全的特点。

Abstract:Lead sulfide was synthesized by one-step reaction of element sulfur and lead in different solvents under microwave irradiation. The products were characterized by XRD and UV-vis, and the diameters of the products calculated from Scherrer formula were 27, 40 and 54 nm, respectively. The novel synthesis process is convenient, time saving and safe. The role of the solvents in the reaction was also discussed.
