摘    要:本文主要对本实验室选育的高产菌株的营养条件、初始pH和通气量等进行了研究。为寻求蔗糖、K_2HPO_4、(NH_4)_2SO_4、酵母膏和蛋白胨等主要营养因素的最佳配比,我们设计了五因素四水平正交试验,结果使该菌对蔗糖的转化率从50.80%提高到56.21%.

Abstract:The requirement of nutritions, intital pH and oxygen of the higher productive strain N518 which had been selected in this laboratory, was studied. In order to get the best composition of sucrose, K2HPO4; (NH4)2SO4, yeast extract and peptone, a five factors four levels orthogonal test was carried out. In optimal conditions, the conversion rate was raised from 50. 8% to 56.21%.
