| Abstract: | Persistence in the idea of People First is the core and essential part of the viewpoint of Scientific Development put forward in and after the 16th Party Congress and the 3rd Session of the 16th Party Congress. The idea of People First discards the dross and selects the essence of the traditional viewpoint of People as be- ing the Foundation,and what' s more,it is the distillation. |
