| 摘 要： | 通过试验,本文建立了球径、冷速与至水冷端距离三者之间的关系曲线。把端淬曲线和这种曲线结合起来应用,就能预测出用所选钢种制成某一直径钢球的淬硬层深度;反之,也可根据对某一直径钢球的淬硬层深度的要求,选择具有适当淬透性的钢种。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the curve which denotes the relations between sphere diameter, cold speed and distance from quenching end, is established by the author's test. By applying this curve combining with end quenching test curve, the hardening depth of a certain diameter of steel sphere which was made from a kind of selected steel, can be predetermined. Conversely, according to the demand of hardening depth of a certain diameter of steel sphere, a steel kind of suitable hardenability can be selected. |
