| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，我国政府履行入世承诺，金融市场逐步开放，但外资银行的生存环境仍非常窘迫。回顾了外资银行在中国的发展历程，并从政府监管，银企关系。同业竞争等方面论述了外资银行目前在我国的经营困境，分析了这些困境产生的原因。

| Abstract: | After WTO entry, the Chinese Government fulfills promise to WTO, f in ancial market is opening step by step, but the living environment of foreign cap ital bank is yet very uneasy. This paper reviews the development course of the f oreign capital bank in China, discusses on the current management predicaments o f the foreign capital bank in our country from aspects of the governmental super vision, the relationship of banks and enterprises, competition of the same trade , etc., analyzes the reasons of the predicaments occurring. |
