摘    要:本文选择了S. carlsbergensis Ⅰ和Ⅱ,分别用热和碘乙酰胺(CIA)双灭活原生质体,在聚乙二醇(PEGMW6000)诱导下进行融合,得到了双亲株融合子,并对形态观察、发酵性能、凝集性作了测定,以及对细胞可溶性蛋白质的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳谱带进行了分析,认为获得的融合子具双亲特性。

Abstract:In this paper strains S. carlsbergensis Ⅰ and Ⅱ were selected, separately inactivated protoplast with heat and CIA, and then protoplast fusin with PEG induced, parental fusants were gained. Morphology was observed and fermentation and 'agglutination were measured. Soluble protein of yeast cell by discelectrophoresis iu polyacrylamide gel were compared. The experimental results showed that the obtained fusants possessing the parental feature.
