钾素营养与棉纤维细胞发育

摘    要:本实验初步探明,钾在成熟棉纤维(豫棉一号)的矿质成分中含量最高,且其分布是不均匀的。钾的积累在纤维迅速伸长期有一明显的高峰,对纤维细胞的形态分化有显著的影响,这可能与细胞伸长生长所需的压力势有直接关系。外源植物生长调节剂对纤维细胞的刺激作用也与钾有关。钾对纤维细胞生长的另一作用,可能是作为酶系的活化剂或离子环境的主要维持者而影响代谢。

Abstract:Potassium concentration was much higher than other elements of matural fiber of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). And its distribution was un-uniform at different point along the fiber. Its accumlation in the fiber reached peak level when the growth rate of fiber was highest. It could affect the cotton fiber cell differentiation.This was because of the intensive relationship with the turgot pressure in the fiber required for fiber growth. The growth of fiber ceils stimulated by plant growth substance also had some relation with the uptake and the concentration of potassium in fiber cells.Another effect of potassium on the development of the cotton fiber cells, perhaps was that it funtioned as activator or main element for the maintenance of ion environment which was required by the maximum activity of enzymes. Our data also showed that the fiber growth on ovules in vitro were in many respects quite similar to these fibers growing on ovules in vivo, so it was suggest that they may have a similar development pattern.
