| 摘 要： | 职技高师是我国培养中高等职业教育师资的重要基地。针对不同生源特点,探讨不同人才培养模式,以便缓解高技能人才短缺、满足社会需求显得非常必要。为此,就机械类专业"学士+技师"人才培养模式的改革实验进行了理论探讨与实践总结,并针对实验的不足提出了进一步改革的设想。

| Abstract: | Teacher’s Universities of Vocational Technology are important bases for training vocational education teachers in China.It’s very necessary to explore new training modes based on characteristics of different students to alleviate the deficiency of highly skilled vocational education teachers and meet social needs.Aiming to mechanical specialty,reform experiments of the "Bachelor+ Technician" talent training mode are discussed theoretically and the corresponding practice is summarized.Further more,some experimental ideas for further reform are proposed. |
