论我国合并高校组织文化的整合

摘    要:高校合并后的冲突大部分是组织文化的冲突,成功的合并必然是组织文化的成功整合。合并后高校必须对组织文化的冲突进行有效整合,才能实现真正意义上的合并。根据组织文化的强弱程度,在对合并高校组织文化冲突的情形进行分析和对四种文化整合模式的运用进行探讨的基础上,提出合并高校应根据具体情况选择合适的文化整合模式,加快文化整合的进程。
