沙拐枣幼苗水分生理特性与其适旱性的关系

摘    要:本文研究了旱生植物沙拐枣在幼苗生长的前期根冠水分含量、干物质的积累、自由水、束缚水、水饱和亏缺、水势及离体根、冠吸水速率等的变化,分析探讨了植株根与冠水分生理及与其适旱性的关系。结果表明在幼苗生长前期根的生长、水分特性与环境水分状况密切相关,它可“感受”环境中水分的变化并进而调节整个植株的水分利用及生长,在植株适应干旱环境中起很重要的作用。

Abstract:The mater content ,dry substance, free and bound water content ,relative water con-tent and water saturant ,deficiency ,water potential ,and water absorbing rate of the xero-phyte calligonum in the early stage of its seeding growth are studied in this paper. The re-lation of water physiology between the root and the crown and the relation between the root growth and the suitableness to drought of the seeding are also studied. In the early stage ,there is a close relation between the growth and water speciality of root and the wa-ter condition of its enviroment . The root could feel the water changes in enviroment ,then the seeding regulates its water use and growth . The root is very inportant to the suitable-ness to the drought of the seeding .
