摘    要:设计一种通过改变控制光的拉比频率来调节分束比的光子晶体可控分功率器.采用平面波展开法和时域有限差分法研究了填充一定密度的电磁感应透明(EIT)原子气体的二维圆柱形光子晶体功率分束器分束比的可控特性.数值模拟结果表明:通过改变控制光的拉比频率,对归一化频率位于0.349 9~0.350 2 ωe(ωe=2πc/a)范围内的TM偏振入射光,实现了分束比从填充EIT气体前的1∶0∶0到填充EIT气体后1∶5∶0和1∶2∶7的人工调节.这种基于电磁感应透明的可控光子晶体分功率器在一定程度上降低了操作难度和工艺要求,具有更强的操作性和更高的实用价值.
