| 摘 要： | 校企合作是我国普通高校改革与发展教育的必由之路，本文从我校计算机与电子信息学院的实验课独立设课课题出发，探讨校企合作的思路及措施。并介绍了实行校企合作后的一些成效，提出校企合作的一些新思路，达到培养社会所需要的高质量实用型人才为目标．
