| 摘 要： | 从用户的实际需求出发,论证了《合同法》释义与案例查询系统的可行性、适应性.并根据管理系统的开发原则,设计出一套具有实际使用价值的《合同法》释义与案例查询系统.该系统将《合同法》的条文、释义、案例查询集于一身,通过按条文查询和按案例查询两个窗体,实现了序号和关键字查询等功能,提高了工作效率.并且本系统的条文和案例的报表显示功能可以使应用者对《合同法》的条文、释义、案例一目了然.
