甲基叔丁基醚装置仿真培训系统的研发

摘    要:以某石化公司8万t/a甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置为研究对象,运用过程系统仿真平台建立了描述MTBE装置的数学模型,研发了仿集散控制系统和操作评价系统,研发了MTBE装置仿真培训系统软件. 运用安全分析与培训支撑系统,研发组合了实际生产中常见的各工况事故. 操作人员使用该仿真培训系统,学习MTBE工艺流程,模拟学习生产过程的开、停车和事故的处理,评估学员的操作顺序和操作质量,提升员工操作能力. 目前,该石化公司已验收了MTBE装置仿真培训系统,用于员工的培训和工艺过程的研究.

Abstract:Simulation of the chemical processing of the methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) 80 000 tons/year plant for a petrochemical company was studied by using the process system simulation platform. The mathematical model of the MTBE process was established. The distributed control systems configuration and the score configuration were developed. The simulation training system software of the MTBE process was established. Combination accidents were established by using the safety analysis and training support system. The workers learn the MTBE process and the accident treatment of the production process by using this simulation training system. The operation sequence and operating quality of the trainees were assessed by using this simulation training system. At present, the MTBE plant simulation training system has been assessed and accepted by the petrochemical company. The MTBE plant simulation training system can be used to train workers and study the MTBE chemical processing.
