广西低碳经济发展现状、障碍及对策分析

全球低碳经济转型已成为未来世界经济发展的大趋势,发展低碳经济必将成为中国未来社会经济发展的主流模式。广西作为我国经济发展较为落后的地区,在紧跟国内外低碳经济发展步伐的同时,由于自身条件的限制,面临着种种困难与障碍。通过对广西能源消费碳排放量数据的分析,探讨广西控制二氧化碳排放面临的障碍,提出发展低碳经济的措施与建议。

On the Current Situation, Obstacle and Countermeasures of the Development of Low Carbon Economy

Low carbon economy is the trend of global economic development, and it will surely become the mainstream economic development model. As an economic less-developed region, Guangxi also closely follow this trend. However, with its own unfavorable condition, Guangxi is faced with many difficulties and obstacles in the development of low carbon economy. This paper, after analyzing the statistics of carbon emission in Guangxi, discusses the obstacles in carbon emission control that Guangxi faced with. Finally, strategies and suggestions are proposed.
