井群微机遥控系统分析与应用

唐山三友化工股份公司现有深井29眼,井群分散,而且距离较远,交通十分不便,线路过远过长,所以井群的自动化遥控系统起着重要的作用.原来的微机遥测遥控系统是北京理澳的DWY-98四遥系统.在长时间的运行过程中,现场通讯卡故障率比较高,遥测遥控井群率较低,浪费许多人力、物力和车辆巡井、检修,因此系统升级与改进是必需的.经过实地考察研究、比较,监控上位机升级为IBM PENTIUM PRO,现场远程终端为中科光大的终端机,内部利用西门子的PLC可编程控制器.计算机监控系统软件界面为可视化界面,操作简便,直观.主界面可以依次进行各井巡检,采集到的数据进行显示,可以迅速、直观的观察井群的开停状况,可根据生产需要准确的进行井群的调度.

The analysis and application of computers remote control for well group

There are 29 disperse deep wells in our company.Because the distance among the wells are long and the road to wells is inconvenient,the automatic remote control system for well group play an important role.The original remote inspection and control system is four control system aupplied by Beijing Li'ao.During the long time of operation,the ratio of failure is higher and the ratio of remote inspection and control is lower,which wasted many manpower,material,vehicle inspection tour and maintain.Therefore,to update and improve the system is necessary.After the detailed study and comparison by technicians in local site,the computer for controlling was updated to IBM PENTIUM PRO,and remote terminal in local site become terminal of CAS,and the program controller of Simens was installed inside.The software interface of the computer's control system is visual,which is eaiy to handle,and intuitionistic.The main interface can inspect the wells one by one and show the collecting data and esam quickly the start and stop situation of the wells and adjust well group correctly according to the procuction.
