| Abstract: | With the rapid development of computer technology, a great number of computer English words are cre-ated. And a wide variety of shortening words of computer English appear. According to their structure character-istics, shortening words may be classified into: Initialism, Acronyms, Blending words, Clipped words and Ab-breviations, etc. |
