磁电机点火线圈温度的测量与分析

摘    要:小型汽油机多采用磁电机作为点火系统,磁电机各部件的工作温度,特别是点火线圈的工作温度,直接影响磁电机的发火性能和使用寿命,通过对几种小汽油机的磁电机在不同工况下的温度测量,不但准确地掌握了特征点的温度,而且更客观地了解了影响磁电机温度的诸多因素,从而为设计和改进磁电机以及选定可靠而经济的绝缘规范提供依据。

Abstract:Most small gasoline engiens use magneto as their ignition systems.The temperature of every part of the magneto,especially in the ignition coil,a affects the ignition performance and the life of the magneto,By means of the measurement of the magneto temperature under different conditions,not only is the temperature of the characteristic points grasped,but also many factors,which affect the magneto temperature,are understood.Consequently,it provides the basis of designing and improving magneto and selecting reliable and economic isolation criterion.
