| 摘 要： | 近几年来,家庭暴力问题日渐突出,成为学术界、理论界不断探讨的话题。家庭暴力严重侵害了妇女、儿童、老人等弱势群体的合法权益,加剧了婚姻的动荡,造成了家庭的危机,危害了社会的安定。如何有效地预防和制止家庭暴力是我们面临的重大问题。

| Abstract: | Recent years,the family violence becomes more and more distinct.The theory and academe generally talk about this gambit.Family violence severely aggrieves the legal rights of women,children and the elder,pricks up the turbulence of wedlock,makes the family crisis and destroys the stability of society.How to prevent and deter family violence is a grave problem we need to face. |
