高射程喷雾机双针静电装置的设计与试验

摘    要:在高射程喷雾机上设计了双针电晕静电装置,并对实验模型进行了相关试验.结果表明:静电喷雾下雾滴雾化均匀,在目标上的沉积相对提高,不仅可以减少农药飘移对环境的污染,而且通过增加幅宽可节省药液,提高防效.

Abstract:A double acicular electrostatic device was designed. Experiments were conducted with an experimental model established. Results show that electrostatic spraying technique provides with a series of advantages, such as improving the droplets atomizing uniformity, increasing the droplet deposition on objects. It not only reduces the loss of agricultural chem icals and the pesticide pollution, but also saves agricultural chemicals and improves prevention effect by increasing spraying breath.
