摘    要:可编程控制器 PL C以抗扰性强、可靠性高和编程灵活等特点在工业上得到广泛应用 ,为了优化 PL C系统设计 ,介绍一种基于 MCS-5 1单片机的 PL C仿真器 ,并给出了硬、软件设计与实现方法。编程设计主要包括监控主程序、与主机通讯子程序及用户指令解释子程序等模块设计 ,该设计方案简洁 ,输入 /输出接点可扩展 ,为 PL C系统设计及实验教学提供了理论数据和途径

Abstract:Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) has been widely applied in industry for its strong anti-disturbance, high reliability and flexible programming. In order to optimize the design of PLC systems,a PLC simulator based on MCS-51 microcontroller is introduced in this paper,and the design and realization of its hardware and software are given. The software for this simulator includes the monitor routine, the subroutines for communication and interpretive translation of user instructions. The design is simple and clear in structure,and the input/output contacts can be extended,so an effective approach is presented to PLC experimental teaching.
