凝胶基质有机染料薄膜制备工艺

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺,通过旋转涂膜法在玻片上制备有机阳离子染料掺杂薄膜,对制膜过程中薄膜的缺陷问题进行了详细的分析和研究.结果表明,溶胶的组分比例、涂膜参数、凝胶干燥和热处理是造成缺陷的主要原因.通过调整前驱组份配比、控制涂膜参数和干燥过程及温度,获得了光学质量良好的有机染料薄膜.借助高倍电子显微镜、紫外可见吸收光谱等分析测试手段,对薄膜的光学性质进行表征.

Abstract:By adopting Sol-Gel technology and spin-coating method, the organic dye film doped with cations was prepared onto gel substrate placing on glass plate. The defects of film during the process of film preparation were analysed and studied in detail. The results indicated that the constituent proportion of sol and coating parameter and drying and heat treatment of gel are the principal factors causing the defects. By adjusting the proportioning of precursory constituent and controlling coating parameter and drying process and temperature, the authors had obtained the organic dye film with good optical quality. Characterization of the optical property of this film was conducted with the help of high resolution EMS and UV visible absorption spectrum and some other means of analysis and measurement.
