电动潜油离心泵中气液两相混合物的流动分析

摘    要:分析了气液两相混合物在电动潜油离心泵叶轮流道内的流动状况,揭示了叶轮内和出口处气液两相的相对滑动和分离现象,给出了气液两相的相对滑动系数与叶轮结构和工况参数的关系式.对于正确设计和选用电动潜油离心泵有一定的理论和实用意义.

Abstract:This paper analyses the gas-liquid mixture flow in electrical submersible centrifugal pump. The study shows that relative slide and separation exist on the inside and exit of the impeller in the pump.The expressions between relative slide coefficient of gas-liquid mixture and impeller struc-ture as well as operating parameters of pump were received. The conclusions made in this study will be useful for the design and choice of electrical submersible centrifugal pump.
