| 摘 要： | 对雪枣的水分、总糖、总酸、维生素C、总黄酮、环磷酸腺苷等营养成分及功能性成分进行了分析测定，并与山东本地的金丝小枣进行比较分析。结果表明，雪枣中含水73．35g／100g、总糖26．03g／100g、总酸0．26g／100g、维生素C0．385g／100g、总黄酮185mg／100g、环磷酸腺苷3．5mg/100g，具有重要的应用开发价值。

| Abstract: | We analyzed and evaluated the nutritional ingredients in Snow Jujubewater,total sugar, total acids, vitamin C, flavonoids and cyclic adenosine-3＇, 5＇-monophosphospate （cAMP）, and compared them with those in Jinsi Jujube, a Shandong local fruit. The results showed that water 73.25 g/100 g, total sugar 26.03 g/100 g,total acids 0.26 g/100 g, vitamin C 0. 385 g/100 g, flavonoids 185 mg/100 g and cAMP 3.5 rag/100 g were include in Snow Jujube, which therefore has significant development and application values in the production of food and medicine. |
