| Abstract: | In this article we introduce the open questions and influential factors of the constructing cost during project management. With increasing competition, the construction products of fine quality and low price are the goals at which all construction enterprises are pursing. The article illustrates steps needed to reduce the constructing cost from all the managing measures in terms of programming, technology, contract and economy. |
